My morning routine goes something like this: Wake up at around 4:30-5:30am, grab myself some coffee or maybe a water with some lemon if I'm feeling like that, do my skincare, shower and get dressed to head into the HQ.

Life is hectic, mornings can get crazy. We simply will never be able to achieve a PERFECT routine every morning. It's okay if you don't get a nutritious breakfast every single morning, workout or layer on that skincare. Although, the morning is the perfect time to set yourself up for a good day, your morning can truly dictate how the rest of your day will go.
1. Set out everything you need the night before
The absolute KEY to a stress free morning begins before that morning even starts. Prepare whatever you need the night BEFORE. Lay out those work clothes, workout clothes, charge those devices, have your lunch packed and ready to go.
2. Don’t check your phone for 30 minutes
The morning scroll addiction is REAL. Wasted time aside, if you check your texts, emails, or Instagram feed within the first 30 minutes of the day, your mind immediately jumps to your to-do list or goes into work mode.
3. Wake up 15 minutes earlier for “you time”
If your mornings feel like a race against the clock, consider waking up extra early to have a slow, calm start to your day. You might have limited control over your mornings (like an early work start time, or a child or two that you need to take care of), so waking up just 15 minutes earlier than you need to will help you feel more in control and calmer throughout the entire day. Whether you spend your time meditating, indulging in a luxurious skincare routine, or just brewing a cup of coffee with a moment of silence, you will not miss the 15 minutes of extra sleep (I promise!).
4. Don’t hit “snooze”
Hitting snooze is probably just as much of your day as your morning cup of coffee. Hitting the snooze button can truly have a negative impact. It can mess with your circadian rhythm, causing that groggy feeling that lasts hours. Is it worth it? Wake up at that first one, no matter how much it hurts, your body will thank you and reward you!
5. Get some sunlight
Getting that sunlight first thing in the AM tells your body ''IT'S TIME TO WAKE UP'', so open up those curtains, no matter how hard you have to squint your eyes. Don't forget your SPF! (Checkout Bee's blog for tips ;) )
6. Make your bed
Listen, I'm not your mom but. Make your bed. Please? It's easy, takes less than a minute and sets the tone for the rest of your day. It encourages you to accomplish more! Make your bed. Please? 7. Schedule everything
A calmer day means not having to decide if you're gonna do something at 10 am or 5 pm. Be prepared. Plan your meals, workout times etc.
Let's get in control of our days and start them off right! Kisses!
