  • 1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • ¼ cup vodka

  • 12 ounces favorite pasta shape

  • ⅔ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

  • grated Parmigiano-Reggiano to taste
